Samaritan House is a transitional housing shelter for families with children located in Newport, Oregon. We are currently looking for an energetic problem solver to help maintain our property.

REQUIREMENTS;
- Must be able to maneuver 75+ lbs.
- Must pass background check
- Basic Familiarity with tools
- At least 18 years of age
- Attention to details
- Good problem solver
- Safety compliance
- Dependable
- Basic computer skills
JOB DUTIES;
- Yard work
- Basic repairs
- Moving bulk items
- Painting when needed
- Calling for bids for larger project
- Follow local and state building codes
- Monitor building and grounds for all necessary repairs
- Keep maintenance log
- Report any issues to ED
- Collaborate with ED as needed.
- Respond to repairs and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
- Follow any written or verbal instructions from the management team.
- Monitor security cameras.
Hours: 20 Hours per week
Wages: $17–20 Depending on experience
